- Fellowship in movement disorders - Required
- Physicians must be board certified in their specialty within 5 years of completion of residency - Required
- State of Michigan license - Required at time of employment
- DEA - Required at time of employment
- ACLS & BLS - Required
- COVID vaccine - Required, note at time of name clear
