Description
- ASAP
- Only interested in Perm providers - do NOT want to consider Locums for this position
- Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (36 patient contact hours) + call (1:6)
- Adult and Geriatric patients and some peds, not a huge pediatric population
- 1 Physicians in practice; 1 APP
- 15-20 patients per day
- EMR: Epic
- 90 day credentialing timeframe
- Underserved rural community, 45 mins from Steamboat Springs. Outpatient clinic.
- Lab draw on site, x-ray at hospital in town
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified Family Medicine or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) - Required
- Active CO license - Highly Preferred
- COVID vaccine - Required, note at time of name clear
