Position Overview

SGRE is currently seeking highly talented and motivated candidates for a Wind Technician position. The candidate will work together with a multi-disciplinary group to ensure top performance on our wind farms. The ideal candidate has the ability to work a flexible schedule, along with the ability to analyze and resolve problems independently and efficiently. S/he will provide excellent service to our customers, have the ability to work on complex systems in challenging environments, and participate in the development of new field procedures and best practices.

Relocation will not be offered for this role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible to provide Non-Binding and Binding Cost calculations and other Various financial related tasks in according with latest guideline and coordinated with the functional areas of all Siemens organization.

Responsible to gather all the cost inputs to ensure precise cost analysis/calculation in support for SBA (Sales Business Approvals)

Calculating and providing NBO (non binding offers) costing in support of Sales

Use calculation rules provided by global department and provide input to streamline bidding effort according to productivity and cost-out targets .

Make regular reviews of cost developments in the region. Understand F-price (manufacturing costs) and other cost variations from previous published versions, and support PSM and CSM with the understanding on the main changes

Verify consistency with Productivity measures.

Understand sourcing guidelines, perform TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) calculations and align with Supply Chain & Planning on costs to be included in case of scope out of sourcing guidelines.

Create an update cost table for auctions / RFPs, if applicable

Connect with PPM (Platform Product Management) to ensure consistency between platform Business Case and SBA real offers, and support PPM in the preparation of business case for new platforms

Analyze variance in costing from previous versions of SBA

Supports Commercial Sales SBA / handover variance analysis

Support ON to develop global Update NBO costing tool

Align with PPM on costs of the Options& Deltas not included in the O&D sheet

Timely fill the EXW Costs, Insurance, Warranty, TQ cost, Duties and Bond cost , obtain and fill in EN cost, Warranty cos in the investment sheet for the SBAs and upload logistic, construction costs from pre-sales tools (if not automatically connected to the investment sheet) in the Investment sheet after doing a global verification of all costs, once the tools are filled by the cost owner.

Performs various adhoc financial analysis regarding pricing, costing in support of Sales Department

Required Knowledge/ Skills, Education, and Experience

Bachelor's degree is required

3-4 years working experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Project management

Strong Excel Skills

Must pass pre-hire background drug screening
