About the job

At Reebelo, we understand the integral role organic search plays in connecting us with prospective customers, promoting the adoption of refurbished tech, and establishing our brand. With our dedicated in-house teams for content, SEO, and product, we're eager to usher in the next chapter of our SEO journey, and we’re looking for an innovative leader to navigate this growth.

As the Head of SEO, your influence will be felt across our content, product, and engineering facets. You will be instrumental in charting our SEO course, directly impacting customer growth and promoting a sustainable tech lifestyle. Reporting to the Chief of Growth, your focus will be on fostering technical SEO foundations, optimizing our website, conducting periodic audits, and delivering premium content. Your leadership will drive SEO outcomes across our operational landscapes.

Your typical day may include to:Architect and implement our overarching SEO strategySteer product and technical direction, optimizing for SEO successMonitor SEO metrics and leverage insights for future strategy refinementCollaborate with marketing/content divisions, honing SEO content tactics for current and future contentStrengthen ties with our affiliate partners

We’d love to have a chat with you if you have:A solid 5+ years helming SEO teams, with demonstrable success in driving revenue through SEO and content marketingA history of expanding an organic SEO audience to over 1MM+ monthly visitorsComprehensive SEO expertise spanning on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. Familiarity with localized SEO is a plusProven management skills and a record of nurturing high-performance teamsA competitive spirit paired with creativity, urgency, and a drive to surpass SEO competitorsStrong cross-functional collaboration skills, coupled with exceptional communication abilitiesActive participation in the SEO circle, keeping up with and taking advantage of evolving trendsExpertise with leading SEO, analytics and marketing tools/platforms, including Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Mixpanel, Metaverse, and Braze
