We are seeking to hire door-to-door sales representatives to join our team.Job Description: As a door-to-door Sales Representative for Lumio, you will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods and communities in Charlotte, NC. You will be representing Lumio and educating potential customers on the benefits of solar energy solutions. Your duties will include:⁃ Identifying and prospecting potential customers by going door-to-door, and following up with interested homeowners.⁃ Providing comprehensive information about Lumio's solar products, services, and cost savings to potential customers.⁃ Conducting professional and persuasive presentations to customers, demonstrating how Lumio's products and services can meet their specific energy needs.⁃ Recording customer details and submitting accurate reports and documentation to solar technicians.⁃ Maintaining accurate and updated customer databases for future sales and marketing activities.Requirements:⁃ No experience required, Lumio will provide training to all sales representatives.⁃ Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.⁃ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently while also collaborating with members of the team when necessary.⁃ Ability to work outside of a traditional office environment and willingness to spend a significant amount of time outside.⁃ Must have reliable transportation to commute to different locations and travel between territories⁃ Must be comfortable working in a commission-based environment.Opportunities for Advancernent:This position provides an opportunity to start a career in sales with Lumio. The more successful you are in your role, the more you can earn.
