Weekend coverage (Friday 5p-Monday 7a)
- Looking to build provider pool for weekend coverage.
The facility is Level II
EMR is Cerner
Low risk and high risk deliveries; complicated & routine
Credentialing takes 35-40 days
Provider MUST have active IA license at time or submission
Providers MUST have clean background with no license issues or MP
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- BC OB/GYN - Required
- IA DEA - Required
- BLS & NRP & EFM - Required
- IA license at time of submission - Required (no exceptions)
- Clean Background with no recent malpractice (needed for expedited credentialing) - Required
- COVID Vaccination: Required, note at time of name clear
