Description
Open dates:
- Aug. 15th – Aug. 22nd (clinic 8a-5p, night call 5p-8a)
- Sept. 12th - Sept 19th(clinic 8a-5p, night call 5p-8a)
- October 10th -17th(clinic 8a-5p, night call 5p-8a)
- Nov 21st – Nov 27th(clinic 8a-5p, night call 5p-8a)
- Dec 9th - Dec 13th(clinic 8a-5p, night call 5p-8a)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a -5p, plus weeknight call 5p-8a
- Call: night call along with weekend call every other weekend
- Facility will consider locums to perm/perm options for the right candidate!
- EMR: Hospital - Cerner/PowerChart, SJMG - NextGen, both transition to EPIC starting October 2021.
- 3 labor rooms, 7 post-partum rooms
- 7-10 ppd
- 1 physician/ 1 APP in practice
- Locum will be responsible for supervising other health care providers
- Level I Nursery
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified/ BE within 5 years of residency - Required (Must be ABMS/AOA)
- IN license at the time of submission - Required
- NRP, PALS - Required
- NCC in Fetal Heart Monitoring - Required
- Local candidates within driving distance - Highly Preferred
- Must have proof of COVID-19 vaccine - Required
