Description
- Occupational health clinic is located in a medical center building with other outpatient departments
- Average number of patients a day: 15-25
- Number of exam rooms: 5
- Support staff includes 2 APPs and 2 casual physicians, 2 RNs, 2 Medical assistants, 1 scheduler, 3-4 exercise physiologists, 1 clinical coordinator, billing staff, sales, operations Manager
- Required duties: pre-employment physicals, return-to duty testing, DOT physicals, firefighter medical exams
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified Required (Will accept Emergency Room, Family Practice, Sports Medicine, Internal Medicine, Occupational Health)
- Active OH license - unless license can be obtained and person eligible to start August 1st - Required
- DOT Certification - Required
- Covid Vaccination - Required
- ACLS certification - Required
