Description
- Practice Setting: Medical Group of the Hospital - location is a primary care clinic
- Reason for Coverage: We have a few retiring providers and have a gap between on boarding providers.
- Dates of Coverage: ASAP up to a year
- Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8-430
- No call or weekends
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 18-24
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 5-6 at this location.
- How Many Mid-Levels Provide Coverage: 1 now, a 2nd one in October will start
- Will the Locum Tenens Physician Respond to In-House Codes? Yes
- Number of Exam Rooms: 5 to 6
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
- Practice Population: All ages
- Required Occupational Medicine Procedures: Employment Physicals, Disability Exams, Diagnosis & Mgmt. of Common Industrial-Related Medical Problems
