What you will enjoy doing*

You will provide information throughout the various proposal, engineering and construction phases to the proposal and project teams with regard to all aspects of Process and Systems Engineering
Perform a thorough review of customer’s inquiry and/or request for process design information
Also, you will perform process simulations and develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s) and Heat and Material Balances (H&MB’s)
Develop sizing information for Process Equipment (compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, distillation columns, separators, reactors, etc.) and provide information in the form of equipment data sheets
Prepare material selection designation (diagram) for plant requirements as needed
In addition, you will develop innovative ideas and alternatives to be cost competitive with proposals
Provide technical expertise to the project execution team and assist in developing plant control philosophy

What makes you great

B.S. in Chemical Engineering and at least twelve (12) years of industry experience
You have experience in process simulation is required, as well as strong working knowledge of one or more process simulators such as Unisim and/or HYSYS, and amine treating simulators such as ProMax or ProTreat
Competency in engineering tools, such as HTRI for rating heat exchangers, Flarenet for analyzing flare systems, and various vendor packages for equipment design is required
Also, you have intermediate to advanced level skills with Microsoft Office software and Windows
Strong Excel skills are required
Able to work with minimal supervision and to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Additionally, you are detail-orientated, creative, and innovative
Effective analytical and problems solving skills
