The Project Coordinator Supervisor contributes to Ion Solar by providing a world-class customer experience, improving communication between the field teams and corporate office, and improving process timelines through project management. The supervisor leads by example and provides training to members of the team to drive performance metrics. Assists manager with development and implementation of training materials, as well as providing coaching and feedback. If the manager is unavailable, the supervisor steps in to assist with escalations and acts as a resource for the team
Duties/Responsibilities:
Schedule services
Direct point of contact with the customer
Oversee project from installation to completion
Communicate with the crews and technicians to ensure quality work completion
Partner with operations manager to resolve escalations
Audit accounts to identify opportunities and maintain account visibility
Improve the efficiency of processes and timelines
Address customer concerns and set clear expectations
Bridge communication gaps between field crews and corporate
Weekly Quality reviews
Training via screen share
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of customer service procedures and principles.
Organized with attention to detail.
Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor.
Ability to coach and mentor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
At least three years of customer service experience required.
Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced, open floor office environment with significant computer and phone usage. Utilization of complex systems. Speed and accuracy are essential to the successful completion of tasks.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Regular requirement to talk, or hear; frequent requirement to stand, walk, reach, bend or lift up to 20 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. May encounter interruptions throughout the work day.
