Role Overview
We are looking for: An employee to perform an extensive variety of injection and compression molding techniques.
We count on you for:
Maintain molding and associated equipment in a safe and clean condition.
Troubleshoot malfunctioning equipment and perform simple maintenance.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Perform required safety audits per the Augusta Plant yearly audit plan.
Attend plant-wide safety/wellness sessions.
Review/perform required safety audits, JSA’s and What-if scenarios.
Complete all required CBTs on time.
Participate in PSM, PHA, and PSSR field reviews, as well as Follow-Up Incident investigations as needed.
Maintain a working knowledge of all plant environmental standards, ES-01 through ES-10.
Know the environmental permit limits for your assigned plant (air, wastewater, storm water).
Maintain a working knowledge of the Hazardous Waste Rules (RCRA) to include storage, handling, sampling, transporting, manifesting, record keeping, and emergency response.
Maintain a working knowledge of the facility environmental plans (SPCC, Storm Water Pollution Prevention).
You will bring:
2+ years of QC lab or machine shop experience
High school diploma or equivalent
A degree in Chemistry preferred
High level of mechanical aptitude.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Demonstrated commitment to safety

Competitive salary The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is (optional: $XX to $XX per hour). Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.

Additional information: Candidate required to work a rotating day/night 12-hour shift schedule. Must be willing and able to work overtime. Must be willing to be flexible to changing work priorities and tasks.
