Bright Eye Solar is seeking applicants to install residential and commercial solar systems. We will train the right candidates!
What we're looking for:

1 year of Solar Installation experience
Some roofing and/or construction experience
Ability to operate power tools
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 is a plus
Familiarity with electrical wiring and conduit running
Reliable transportation to and from warehouse and/or job sites
Must own basic hand tools
Must be open to occasional out-of-town work
Willingness to learn and a positive attitude!

Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean, professional appearance and performance
Measure and report all required data daily to account for project materials, labor hours / compensation, and profitability
Report daily to Project Manager or Foreman
Do it right the first time!
When not done correctly, promptly report it, learn from it, share learning with others, and correct the problem
Obtain required certifications if necessary
Must be comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs
Must be comfortable up on rooftops and in the elements (heat & rain)

Regular shifts are Monday - Friday, with limited weekend/on-call work.
Location & Travel: This position will be based in Parkton, MD with required travel to job sites in MD, PA and NJ.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
