Our HVAC service and installation company is growing and expanding to include an electrical division. We are currently searching for a Solar Installers with a minimum of three years experience to join the Burgeson’s team. We offer competitive pay of $23 to $30 per hour (based on experience) and benefits. We invite experienced Installers who are looking for a Full-time position to apply. Overtime and weekends will be required. Applicants must pass background check and drug screen/physical. Must have a good driving record and be insurable by our insurance company.
Responsibilities:

Assembling and installing solar panels on roofs and other structures based on conditions, customer needs and building codes.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and skills of solar panel installation.
Previous 3 years experience in solar/electrical or other related fields
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Able to work well on a team
Capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance
