Solar Office Assistant
Bob Heinmiller Solar Solutions is a family-owned company that has been servicing the greater Orlando area for over 30 years. Our company is based on fostering integrity, honesty, and reliability in everything we do. We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team.
Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour plus commission

Aflac after 90 days
One Week Paid Vacation after 1 year - Two Weeks after 2 years

Position Details:
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Track technicians throughout the day and update customers with arrival times
Run credit cards for technicians
Follow up with customers with Happy Calls - Make sure they are satisfied with our service and see if they need anything
Track solar monitoring portal for alerts and chat with support if necessary
Cold call customers to get them on board with our maintenance program
Assist with permitting
Other misc. office duties as necessary
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Self-starter
Fast learner
Strong Attention to Detail (REQUIREMENT)
Excellent phone skills
Customer service knowledge with strong follow up skills.
Professional Appearance
Ability to work independently without constant redirection
Can pass a drug & background check
